Children and Parents

For Children

The library is an excellent place for children of all ages. Our entire upstairs is dedicated to picture books, beginning chapter books, young adult novels, and children's level non-fiction.

Upstairs also houses toys and activities that any child is welcome to play and interact with.

For Parents

The library offers wonderful sources for parents from baby name books to programs and activities for children of all ages. Parenting materials are available on both levels of the library that help with understanding children and their changing needs and behavior.

The library asks that young children are accompanied by a parent or adult while at the library. Please refer to the library policies for more information.
